EasyNote respects your privacy. We believe that your notes are your private thoughts, and they should stay that way. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect or store your notes on our servers. Your notes are stored locally on your device. The current version does not upload your notes to our servers and does not provide cloud syncing.

3. Payment Information & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you purchase EasyNote, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy. They collect your personal information (such as name, email address, and payment details) to process the transaction and for tax compliance purposes. We (EasyNote developers) do not store or have access to your credit card information. We only receive your email address and order details to fulfill the license delivery and provide support.

4. No Analytics or Telemetry

EasyNote does not collect any usage data, analytics, or telemetry. We do not track how you use the application, and we do not receive crash reports unless you manually send them to us via email. We only receive order-related information from Lemon Squeezy (as described in Section 3) necessary to manage your license and payments.
